The main objective of the project is to improve entrepreneurship skills, increase willingness to develop, organise, and manage a business venture with associated risks to make a profit among 18-30 year olds.
Additionally, the project aims to:
● Raise awareness about entrepreneurship
● Share good practices
● Promote social responsibility and entrepreneurial disciplines
● Research the needs of young people in local communities
● Build intercultural dialogue between participants from different countries
Preparation Meetings
The participants of the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project titled "Social Entrepreneurial Skills for Advancing Employability," which will take place in Ireland between September 18-29, held their initial meetings for project preparations. During the meeting, the project's topic was thoroughly examined, and task assignments were made to ensure that participants can have a productive project experience and actively engage in the project.
Between September 18-29, the participants of the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project titled "Social Entrepreneurial Skills for Advancing Employability," to be held in Ireland, held their second meeting for project preparations. During the meeting, participants reviewed the presentations they had prepared for the sessions they will deliver in the project and provided feedback to each other.
Between September 18th and 29th, Turkish participants of the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project titled "Social Entrepreneurial Skills for Advancing Employability," which will be held in Ireland, conducted their final meetings for project preparations. During the meeting, they presented their prepared presentations for the sessions they will be leading in the project. Additionally, they discussed preparations for the cultural night.

Between September 18th and 29th, I participated in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project titled "Social Entrepreneurial Skills for Advancing Employability" in Ireland. I can confidently say that it has been the best project I've ever taken part in. Everything, from the participants to the project's topic, the accommodations, and the food, was fantastic. I will never forget the friends I made during the project, and I hope to meet them in other projects in the future. I want to express my gratitude to the organization that sent me, LIDOSK.

Hello! I'm Aysima. I participated in the "Social Entrepreneurial Skills for Advancing Employability" project that took place in Cavan, Ireland from September 18th to 29th. In this project, participants from six different countries, including Turkey, came together for a fulfilling 10 days. The entrepreneurship-related training sessions, cultural nights, and exploring Ireland were an incredible experience for me. I met wonderful people and this project contributed to both my career and personal development. I would like to express my gratitude to LIDOSK for providing this opportunity and unwavering support.
