"Enhancing Diversity Management and Inclusion in Youth Work" aims to support 30 youth workers, educators and youth trainers from EU Member States (Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal, Spain and Romania) and EU's Neighboring partner countries (Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of North Macedonia, Moldova, Ukraine and Turkey) in development of their diversity management skills and in learning how to implement a culture of diversity in their working environments by increasing diversity-oriented awareness in their work with young people.

Hello, I'm Berkay Coskun. I participated in the project called Diversity Management and Inclusion in Youth Work held in Dilijan, Armenia on 11-18 July 2022. In this project, we worked on the concept of diversity and I learned a lot of things that I did not know thanks to this project. Thanks to this project, I have seen better how we can better understand groups of people who are different from us and how we can empathize with them. However, I have seen Armenia and met a lot of beautiful people. I can't thank the Lidosk team enough for this opportunity.

Hello, I am Simge Kılıç, I participated in the Enhancing Diversity Management and Inclusion in Youth Work project, which took place in Armenia between 11-18 July. We have done a lot of work on increasing our diversity management skills, applying diversity culture in work environments and raising diversity-oriented awareness in working with young people. At the end of the project, I realized that I broke many of my prejudices and started to think more empathetically on various issues. During this full week, we got to know various cultures and had the opportunity to proudly introduce our own culture. I made great friends and made memories that will never be erased from my memory. I would like to thank the Lidosk team for giving me the opportunity to take part in this project.
