This project has been very useful and fun for me. First of all, meeting people from other countries and getting direct information about their cultures and lifestyles is a special experience. In the first days of the project, activities were held for everyone to meet and mingle. In this way, I did not feel alienated towards anyone. In the following days, we held activities on topics such as diversity, racism and social inclusion. The important part of these activities was that we did them together with people from other countries. In this way, I had the opportunity to enrich my own thoughts by learning about their experiences and perspectives on these issues. In the last days, trips to the city center were usually planned. The main purpose of these trips is to act together to complete some tasks in the city and to learn about the important places, history, etc. from the people living in that city. We were learning the information. In addition, throughout the project, there were household chores (collecting garbage, serving in the kitchen, cleaning the toilet, etc.) that everyone had to complete in groups. Thanks to these tasks, I think that everyone's responsibility and empathy habits have also developed.

Although it was my first trip abroad and was the first trip that would be this long. On the first day of the event, we did socializing activities to get to know each other. At the same time, a game was given, which I guess was for get to know each other better. Among the activities, meeting and socializing activities were I enjoyed most. Thanks to this, I met the Irish people quickly. There were culture nights that groups introduced their own cultures. I learned about Irish culture and had a good time. One day we went to the police station in the city and the town hall. In town hall we talked to the mayor and performed dances from two different countries. The remaining days of the event passed as if it were an ordinary camp. I've been a little sick the last two days so I can't say much. But I can say that the trip was useful and enjoyable from start to finish.

Hello everyone! I participated in a wonderful 10-day Erasmus+ project. We went to Cork, an Irish town for the project. We stayed at the Scout campsite in the town of Cork. The surroundings were green, clean and very beautiful. We loved the owners of the project, Ado and his wife Ini. Activities with the group we did. We stayed in the tent. We had Irish and Turkish nights, we taught the Irish our own dances and culture, and they taught us their own culture and dance. We made campfires and played games. We went down to the city and visited the cathedrals, the Titanic, and historical universities. It was a great project for me. I will miss my friends there. See you soon...

The Irish youth camp, which we had the chance to attend through Erasmus+ and LIDOSK, was one of the most educative and impressive experiences I have had in my life. Even before we reach the campsite, we have gained experiences in many different subjects that will help us later in our lives. Although the journey was tiring, the outcome was great. We learned about Irish culture, routine, and history, and more importantly, we made new friends during the "Ice-Breaker" activities in the first days. Moreover, the rest of the days were just as good as the "Ice-Breaker" days I described; With the trips we made, the special people we met, and the new experiences we had, the numbered days of the event drained much quicker than I expected. I am very happy to participate in this project, I recommend it to all young people.
